A celebration of florals, fashion, and fine art in one of D.C.’s most exquisite historic homes.

Every detail at Art in Bloom 2025 was nothing short of enchanting. Held at the stately Larz Anderson House in Washington, D.C., this annual event brought together the city’s most talented florists for a weekend filled with floral artistry, luxury, and timeless beauty.

Surrounded by ornate architecture, sweeping staircases, and golden chandeliers, we photographed throughout the mansion’s grand interiors and serene gardens. The rooms were filled with sculptural flower installations — from soft pastels to vibrant, modern palettes — each one carefully crafted to complement the mansion’s historical charm.

The models wore soft ivory gowns that echoed the elegance of the setting, styled to match the romance of the blooms around them. Whether perched on a marble staircase or basking in garden light beside a fountain, every frame felt like a living painting.

From bold yellow arrangements in the grand foyer to rose-filled archways in the courtyard, this session was about more than just flowers — it was about storytelling, light, and the pure joy of artistic collaboration.

This event was a true creative escape, and I’m so grateful to have captured these moments inside one of D.C.’s hidden gems.
